Account and billing questions
All account, membership and billing questions are handled by the members help centre. That includes log-in problems, renewals, refunds and charges you don't recognise. Many answers are quicker in account help: cancelling is in Settings > Billing, and deleting your account is at avatar > Settings > Delete Account.
Reporting a member
If a member asks for money, threatens or pressures you, or seems to be under 18, stop replying and report them through the members help centre. Give the profile name, what happened and when, and keep screenshots. If you've lost money or someone is threatening to share images, contact the police as well; staying safe lists who to call in Ireland and the UK.
A mistake on this website
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, such as a helpline, a law or a link, tell us through the same help centre and say which page it's on. We'll correct it and update the page date.
There is no phone line or separate email address for the site, and Olivia Raven is a brand, not a person, so there's nobody of that name to contact. The about page explains who runs the site.
